Regional Sales Supervisor

About the Role

Sisco is seeking a Regional Sales Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh or Jeddah. This full-time position involves leading and managing sales operations within an assigned region, focusing on achieving sales targets and expanding market presence. The role is with a reputed organization that values skilled and motivated professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies for the assigned region.
• Identify new market opportunities and implement business-development initiatives to increase sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key business stakeholders.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to support commercial decisions.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales information using CRM software.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analyses.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving support.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Relevant experience in Sales or Business Development is necessary.
• Experience in leading, managing, and motivating a sales team is also required.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in either Riyadh or Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Regional Sales Supervisor will operate within a dynamic sales environment, working closely with a regional team to drive commercial success.
