Match is seeking an Area Sales Supervisor to oversee operations and staff within a specific area or multiple locations. This full-time role is based in Makkah, covering the cities of Taif and Makkah, and focuses on ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company goals and standards.

Role Overview

The Area Sales Supervisor will be responsible for the daily operational oversight of assigned areas, driving business objectives, and managing team performance. This position requires a professional with a strong background in sales supervision and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

• Train staff on job duties and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure performance meets standards.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct regular reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for development.
• Oversee employee work schedules and assist with workforce planning.
• Participate in the interviewing and hiring process for new candidates.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including safety and health regulations.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations or a specific area, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and controlling costs.
• Promote collaboration among team members and across departments.
• Monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and make recommendations for adjustments.
• Review performance metrics, reports, and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Perform any work requested by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales supervision or a similar operational management role.
• Proven ability to oversee operations and manage staff effectively.
• Strong understanding of business objectives and strategies for improvement.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities extending to locations in Taif and Makkah. The role involves overseeing operations across multiple sites and requires a proactive approach to management and team leadership.
