About the Role

Sisco is seeking a Regional Sales Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh or Jeddah. This full-time position involves leading and managing sales operations within an assigned region, focusing on achieving sales targets and expanding market presence. The role is with a reputed organization that values skilled and motivated professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies for the assigned region.
Identify new market opportunities and implement business-development initiatives to increase sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key business stakeholders.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to support commercial decisions.
Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales information using CRM software.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analyses.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving support.

Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
Relevant experience in Sales or Business Development is necessary.
Experience in leading, managing, and motivating a sales team is also required.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in either Riyadh or Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Regional Sales Supervisor will operate within a dynamic sales environment, working closely with a regional team to drive commercial success.
