About the Role

Al-Dawaa Medical Services Co. is seeking a dedicated Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to ensuring that all products comply with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations. The specialist will be responsible for the preparation and submission of comprehensive regulatory dossiers across various product categories, including food, special dietary products, cosmetics, drugs, herbal, and health products.

Regulatory Dossier Management

A primary responsibility of this role involves managing the lifecycle of regulatory submissions. This includes ensuring all necessary approvals and licenses are renewed and maintained in a timely manner. The specialist will also conduct thorough classification assessments for new products to determine their appropriate category under food, health, or drug regulations, ensuring accurate and compliant submissions to the SFDA.

Product Artwork and Labeling Compliance

• Review and approve product artwork and labeling to ensure strict compliance with SFDA regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with marketing, suppliers, and design teams to finalize compliant artwork for all products.

Platform Registration and Maintenance

• Handle product registration and certification processes on the SABER and MDMA platforms.
• Monitor the validity of all certificates, update necessary data, and resolve any issues encountered during platform submissions to maintain continuous compliance.

Promotional Material Oversight

• Evaluate and approve promotional materials and advertisements to ensure they align with all regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with the marketing and legal departments to substantiate all product claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance in public communications.
