About the Role

Oneira Talent Solutions is partnering with a well-established financial institution to recruit a Relationship Manager for their expanding Saudi coverage. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, is open to candidates at the Manager, Vice President, or Director level, reflecting a requirement for 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on Fixed Income, Structured Products, Sukuk, and broader wealth solutions.

Role Mandate and Client Focus

This is a client-facing, revenue-generating mandate designed to expand the institution's presence across the Kingdom. The successful candidate will cover significant private capital pools, including prominent family offices, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), and major corporate treasuries. The role involves leading the expansion of the firm's offerings in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Nurture and develop relationships with leading family offices, HNWIs, and corporate treasuries across the Kingdom.
• Originate and grow a distribution book across GCC credits, sovereign and corporate bonds, Sukuk, structured products, and private debt.
• Collaborate with product, structuring, and trading colleagues to design and present appropriate credit and structured solutions.
• Manage the commercial relationship end-to-end.
• Contribute market commentary, client presentations, and pipeline reporting, acting as a senior point of contact for the platform with family office principals, investment heads, and treasury decision-makers.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with 5-10 years of experience in fixed income and structured products, demonstrating a proven track record in client coverage and revenue generation. Experience working with family offices, HNWIs, and corporate treasuries in the GCC region is essential. Candidates should possess strong relationship management skills and a deep understanding of relevant financial instruments.

Compensation and Platform

This role offers a competitive base salary complemented by performance-based variable compensation, providing meaningful upside linked to individual and desk performance.
