About the Role

Automak Automotive is seeking a Rental Sales Agent to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on promoting and selling vehicle rental services, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and supporting the achievement of branch business objectives. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Rental Sales Agent is responsible for assisting customers throughout the rental process, from initial inquiry to vehicle handover and return. This position plays a key role in maximizing rental revenue and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term vehicle rental services to individual and corporate customers.
• Achieve rental sales and revenue targets set by management.
• Identify new business opportunities and support customer retention initiatives.
• Upsell additional services, insurance products, and vehicle upgrades.
• Welcome customers and provide professional assistance throughout the rental process.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in visits.
• Provide accurate information regarding vehicle availability, rental rates, terms, and conditions.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and process rental agreements, quotations, and related documentation.
• Verify customer eligibility, driving licenses, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate vehicle handover and return processes.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered and received in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor vehicle availability and coordinate with fleet and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and rental documentation.
• Process payments, invoices, deposits, and related transactions.
• Prepare daily and monthly rental performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Experience and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar sales or customer service role.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with rental operations and documentation.
