Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and complete student records and analyze results.
- Ensure adherence to KPI standards while implementing necessary changes.
- Report on sales of educational services and manage staff performance.
- Handle student inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Develop relationships with potential students through various channels.
- Advise students on academic opportunities globally and guide them through application processes.
- Lead and assign leads to team members to enhance outreach.
- Conduct counseling sessions to assist students in academic and vocational development.
Qualifications:- Graduation or Post Graduation from a recognized university.
- 4-5 years of experience as a Senior Education Counsellor or Branch Manager.
- Deep knowledge of the Cambridge and American education systems.
- Understanding of student visa applications for the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.
Skills Required:- Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in personal computing and time management.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible working hours and ability to work under pressure.
