About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking a Requirements Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on leading requirements elicitation, analysis, and specification for airport domains, working closely with various stakeholders.

Role Purpose and Context

The Requirements Manager for Airports brings deep analysis expertise and domain insight to produce high-quality, traceable requirements. This role is instrumental in driving design, build, and test phases, while also providing guidance to more junior analysts within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and stakeholder engagement to elicit business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze, structure, and specify requirements to ensure high standards of clarity and testability.
• Model processes, data, and use cases to support understanding and design efforts.
• Maintain requirements traceability to design and test within the designated requirements toolset.
• Support change control and impact assessment for assigned domains.
• Assure requirements quality and support the definition of acceptance criteria.
• Guide and review the work of business and requirements analysts.
• Liaise with architects and delivery teams to resolve requirements queries.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in requirements management or business analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and specification.
• Experience working within airport domains is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working within a team focused on airport domain projects.
