About Gathern and the Role

Gathern (جاذر إن) is seeking a dedicated Risk Management Lead to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to strengthening the company's enterprise risk posture and ensuring robust risk-informed decision-making and business continuity across all operations.

Role Purpose and Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to identify, assess, and mitigate strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory risks. The Risk Management Lead will play a critical part in embedding a proactive risk awareness culture and ensuring the organization's resilience against potential disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct enterprise risk assessments and maintain comprehensive risk registers.
• Develop and monitor the implementation of effective risk mitigation plans.
• Perform thorough risk analysis for all new initiatives and projects.
• Prepare detailed risk reports for leadership and governance committees.
• Promote and foster a strong risk awareness culture across all departments.

Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Leadership

• Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, methodologies, tools, and templates throughout the organization.
• Prepare and maintain executive risk reports and dashboards for the CEO and the Audit Committee to support informed decision-making and governance oversight.
• Develop, monitor, and periodically review the organization's Risk Appetite, Risk Tolerance, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Lead Business Continuity Management activities, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and participation in crisis management and incident response.
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of ERM practices across the organization.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in risk management or a related field. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to manage complex risk landscapes and implement robust risk frameworks.
