About the Role of Senior Manager - Risk

Role Context and Impact

The Senior Manager - Risk will play a strategic role in leading risk management initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. This involves identifying, assessing, and effectively mitigating potential risks to support Qiddiya's diverse portfolio. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to foster a proactive risk management culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and enhance the risk management framework, processes, and methodologies tailored for Qiddiya's diverse projects.
Guide project teams in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing risks, ensuring comprehensive risk assessments are conducted.
Create and maintain risk registers, ensuring all project risks are documented, monitored, and communicated effectively.
Develop and implement effective risk response strategies, with clear action plans for risk mitigation.
Lead risk workshops and training sessions for project teams to promote awareness and understanding of risk management practices.
