About the Role

Accenture is seeking a Sales Capture Senior Manager - Software, Platform & Infrastructure Engineering to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on driving growth within our Technology Services business by originating, qualifying, shaping, pursuing, negotiating, and closing complex transformation opportunities. The successful candidate will lead strategic sales pursuits across key areas including Software Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, Application Modernization, DevSecOps, Intelligent Operations, Digital Engineering, and Enterprise Technology Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Capture Senior Manager will be responsible for a range of activities aimed at expanding Accenture's market presence and achieving sales objectives. These responsibilities include:

• Proactively identifying, originating, and developing new opportunities across strategic and growth accounts.
• Building and strengthening executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, Heads of Engineering, Infrastructure Leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Developing account growth strategies aligned with client technology transformation priorities.
• Driving pipeline generation and exceeding annual sales and revenue targets.
• Identifying emerging market opportunities in software, cloud, infrastructure, and platform modernization.

Solution Development and Pursuit Leadership

This role involves leading the strategic development and pursuit of technology transformation solutions. Key activities in this area include:

• Leading opportunity assessment and qualification activities.
• Evaluating business drivers, stakeholder requirements, competitive landscape, and value creation potential.
• Shaping differentiated technology transformation solutions by leveraging Accenture's capabilities.
• Collaborating with industry, technology, and delivery teams to create innovative and scalable client solutions.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate for this role will be a client-centric sales leader capable of engaging senior executives, understanding business and technology challenges, and developing innovative solutions that accelerate business reinvention. As a senior capture leader, the individual will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, leading cross-functional pursuit teams, and securing large-scale deals that deliver measurable outcomes for clients while driving profitable growth for Accenture.
