Sales Engineer

About the Role

Aljazea Company is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer specializing in Construction Chemicals. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on market development, customer acquisition, relationship building, and securing technical approvals to drive sales growth and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers while developing strong business relationships.
• Explore new markets and expand the customer base for construction chemical products.
• Promote and sell construction chemical products and solutions effectively.
• Obtain technical product approvals from government authorities and engineering consultants.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation in accordance with recognized international standards and specifications.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Construction Chemicals, specifically in the sales and marketing of the following product categories:

• Chemical Admixtures for Concrete and Mortar.
• Concrete Surface Treatment Materials.
• Grouting and Injection Materials.
• Concrete Repair Materials.
• Industrial Flooring Systems (Epoxy Coatings and Repair Systems).
• Protective Coatings.
• Industrial Adhesives.
• Waterproofing Materials and Systems.
• Polyurethane and Polysulfide Sealants.

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience at internationally recognized or local construction chemical companies. Examples include SIKA, BASF, FOSROC, CONMIX, DCP, AMECO, or any local company operating within the same industry.
