About the Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist Role

AIQU is seeking a Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position focused on enhancing commercial operations within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector across the region.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The SFE Specialist will play a critical role in transforming field data, CRM activity logs, and sales metrics into actionable business insights. This position supports the commercial organization by leveraging expertise in Veeva CRM, advanced Excel, and Power BI to drive informed decision-making and improve sales force effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for Veeva CRM administration, including data hierarchy management and field-force user assistance.
• Design, build, maintain, and publish Power BI dashboards for comprehensive commercial and sales performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel models, utilizing features such as Pivot Tables and Power Query, to facilitate commercial analysis.
• Translate CRM activity logs and field data into clear, actionable insights for the commercial team.
• Collaborate with the SFE Manager and the broader commercial team to implement and drive sales force effectiveness initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. The role requires a strong background in commercial operations support and demonstrated proficiency with key analytical tools.

• Proven expertise in Veeva CRM, including administration and user support.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and Power Query.
• Strong skills in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Experience in translating complex data into clear, actionable business insights.

Work Location and Engagement

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is offered on a contract basis. The specialist will work closely with local commercial teams to support operations across the country.
