The Role

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Manager will lead business development efforts, build strong enterprise client relationships, and drive revenue growth through the sale of enterprise software. A primary focus for this role is on Odoo and complementary ERP/CRM systems within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to consistently meet and exceed ERP/CRM revenue targets.
• Identify, engage, and convert enterprise and SME decision-makers within the Saudi market.
• Present, demonstrate, and pitch ERP/CRM platforms, with an emphasis on Odoo-based systems.
• Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation and pipeline tracking to deal closure and forecasting.
• Partner with technical and implementation teams to guarantee seamless project delivery.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging client demands across the ERP/CRM ecosystem.
• Lead professional commercial negotiations and contract finalizing.
• Represent the company in high-level client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven track record of over 10 years as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager in enterprise software sales.
• In-depth background in ERP/CRM sales; hands-on experience with Odoo is highly preferred.
• Experience with MS Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle NetSuite is a strong advantage.
• Established footprint and network within the Saudi B2B/enterprise landscape.
