Sales Manager Pharma (Poultry)

About the Role

Klybeck Life Sciences MENA is seeking a Sales Manager Pharma (Poultry) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing and executing sales strategies for the poultry pharmaceutical portfolio within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual sales plan and budget for the poultry pharma portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate Key Account Managers and District Managers, including setting targets, KPIs, and reviewing performance.
• Drive revenue, margin, market share, and collection targets across all regions.
• Manage major accounts, distributors, and tenders, approving pricing and credit terms in line with company policy.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams on product launches, promotions, and customer programs.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and monthly performance reports for the Commercial Director.
• Ensure compliance with SFDA regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or Pharmacy; an MBA is an advantage.
• 8–10 years of experience in veterinary pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3 years in a sales management role specifically within the poultry sector.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and building high-performing sales teams.
• Strong network with poultry integrators and distributors in Saudi Arabia.

Required Skills

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and planning skills.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel across the Kingdom.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires regular travel throughout the Kingdom to manage accounts and engage with distributors and integrators. The position operates within a full-time capacity.
