Sales Officer

About the Role

Al-Bilad Co. for Consultancies & Solutions is seeking a Sales Officer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The primary objective of this role is to expand the bank's retail customer base and achieve sales targets by promoting and selling various retail banking products.

Role Purpose

The Sales Officer will be responsible for growing the bank's retail customer base through the promotion and sale of products such as personal finance, credit cards, and accounts. A key aspect of this role involves delivering excellent customer service while ensuring full compliance with all banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned retail banking products.
• Identify and approach new customers through various channels, including field visits, corporate payroll partnerships, referrals, and branch leads.
• Clearly explain product features, pricing, and terms to enable customers to make informed decisions.
• Collect and verify customer documents, ensuring accurate completion of applications.
• Apply Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements to every application.
• Follow up on applications from submission through to approval and disbursement.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to foster repeat business and generate referrals.
• Cross-sell additional products to existing customers.
• Record all sales activity and pipeline updates accurately in the bank's systems.
• Report regularly on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity.
