The Sales Support Supervisor Role

Alfanar is seeking a Sales Support Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to establishing and maintaining robust sales support protocols, processes, and policies, ensuring alignment with marketing activities, and enhancing sales strategies through data analysis. The role involves managing CRM systems, coordinating gift distribution, and collaborating with various internal teams to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the establishment and maintenance of sales support protocols, processes, policies, and procedures.
Design and implement a reward system, defining the scope of business impact.
Ensure sales support activities are aligned with the marketing team's objectives.
Manage the Customer Relationship Management (C4C) system effectively.
Develop and execute plans for the distribution of gifts.
Collaborate with research and customer service teams to enhance support functions.
Analyze deals, competitor activities, and individual customer data to inform sales strategies.
Work with GEO marketing supervisors to set annual plans for satellite images.
Manage approvals for the satellite images plan and budget.
Monitor market changes to provide data-driven support for management decision-making.
Conduct the study, development, publication, and reporting of surveys via the C4C platform.
Perform analysis and provide recommendations based on survey findings.
Continuously cross-reference market share data with sales outcomes and satellite data.

Leadership and Operational Accountabilities

Recruit, recognize, and cultivate high performers to develop a robust second line of management, while guiding or releasing low performers.
Ensure fair treatment of subordinates without discrimination, assessing performance based on planned results.
Take full responsibility for operations, anticipate problems, and implement proactive solutions.
Deliver required results in a timely manner, meeting quality and cost standards.
Make a tangible difference in the area of operation, exceeding business expectations.
Translate corporate goals into business plans, then plan, follow up, and execute these plans.
Monitor plan performance, initiate actions to strengthen results, and take corrective measures.
Provide periodic work progress reports and control budgets for optimum cost efficiency.
Develop the organizational structure based on current and future requirements.
Develop and coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities.
Be proficient in relevant IT solutions and promote the full utilization of automated systems.
Uphold quality as a prime competitive advantage, acting accordingly.
Adapt to new techniques, technologies, management structures, and business models.
Ensure a safe, secure, and legal work environment in adherence to standard regulations.
