The Role of Sales & Reservations Executive

BAN Tourism is seeking a Sales & Reservations Executive to manage customer inquiries, convert them into confirmed bookings, and coordinate reservations with suppliers. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and serves as the initial point of contact for guests and a link between sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until booking confirmation.
• Promote and sell BAN’s ready-made products and tailor-made programs.
• Book hotels, transportation, activities, and other services with suppliers.
• Send booking confirmations and prepare trip files for the operations team.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records in the CRM system.
• Track sales performance and report on inquiries, conversions, and revenue.

Required Qualifications

• Saudi national.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Customer-focused with a strong sales and follow-up mindset.
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple requests simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with a CRM or booking system is an advantage.
• Experience in sales, reservations, or customer service within the tourism or hospitality sector is an advantage.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
