About the Opportunity

Strike IT Recruitment Services is seeking a Salesforce Lead Functional Consultant with expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This contract role is based onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting a large-scale digital transformation programme for a leading organization.

Role Context and Contribution

The consultant will play a central role in shaping solution design and facilitating functional discussions. This position involves working closely with business stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, and providing functional leadership to delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering activities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and act as the functional lead.
• Drive the team's understanding of client business objectives, challenges, and strategic priorities.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Produce high-quality functional documentation, including user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle, supporting solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs with business users.
• Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices while delivering measurable business value.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of Salesforce experience with strong expertise across Salesforce Core products.
• At least 2 years of experience operating as a Salesforce Lead Functional Consultant or in a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage confidently with senior business leaders.
• Experience leading requirements gathering sessions and business workshops.
• Strong solution design capability, translating business needs into functional solutions.
• Experience owning and managing Agile product backlogs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, including user stories and backlog prioritization.
• Experience working with distributed and offshore delivery teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to lead multiple workstreams in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Desirable Skills and Certifications

• Previous consulting or professional services experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Salesforce certifications (*, Administrator, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).

This is a contract position requiring full-time onsite presence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
