About the Role

NTU International A/S is seeking a Script Writer / Copy Writer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time role is established within the context of a proposal for a project focused on communication outreach and engagement regarding EU policies in North Africa, the Middle East, and the Gulf region.

Project Context and Objectives

The assignment aims to provide strategic, technical, and logistical communication support to DG MENA. The primary objective is to assist in the planning, development, and implementation of day-to-day communication activities, thereby strengthening the visibility, outreach, and impact of the European Union's policies, initiatives, and partnerships across the Middle East, North Africa, and the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting engaging communication content for websites, newsletters, articles, press materials, and social media platforms.
• Writing scripts for videos, podcasts, interviews, and other audio-visual communication products.
• Developing campaign messages and storytelling content tailored to different audiences and communication channels.
• Editing and proofreading communication materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Collaborating with communication specialists, graphic designers, and audio-visual teams to produce integrated communication products.
• Adapting content for digital platforms while ensuring compliance with EU editorial and communication guidelines.
• Supporting the preparation of speeches, briefing notes, key messages, and promotional materials.
• Contributing to the development of communication campaigns and outreach activities.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in script writing, copywriting, or communication content development.

Work Arrangement

This is a part-time position, with experts mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during the project implementation period, which is 36 months.
