Accenture Middle East is seeking a Security Delivery Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for professionals with 5-10 years of experience in security delivery and management. The role involves serving as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing the delivery of security governance to ensure alignment with enterprise policies.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Security Delivery Manager is responsible for making critical decisions related to security strategies and their implementation. This position focuses on driving security solutions and ensuring that all initiatives adhere to established security standards and governance frameworks. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of security domains and the ability to lead complex projects from end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of security and infrastructure projects across network, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and endpoint domains.
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Provide technical oversight for network security solutions, including firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs, as well as IAM solutions and endpoint protection platforms.
• Ensure all security initiatives align with established security standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Drive the implementation, integration, and optimization of various security solutions.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and manage dependencies, ensuring effective mitigation strategies and clear reporting.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience of 5-10 years in delivery management or project leadership within the security domain.
• Proven experience managing teams and third-party vendors.
• Proficiency in Network Security principles and technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Solid understanding of Endpoint Security concepts and solutions.

Essential Skills

• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
