About the Role

iSolution is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to developing, managing, and expanding strategic enterprise accounts across the Kingdom. The role focuses on driving revenue growth by promoting iSolution’s comprehensive digital transformation portfolio.

Role Overview

As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring long-term partnerships, high customer satisfaction, and successful business outcomes. Your responsibilities will encompass iSolution’s offerings, including Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Infrastructure, Managed Services, ERP/CRM, Integration, DevOps, and Custom Application Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer retention targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling across iSolution’s technology and services portfolio.
• Lead the entire sales cycle, from opportunity qualification and solution positioning to proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, delivery, and partner teams to design and present tailored solutions that address customer business needs.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, proactively manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of projects and services.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers to demonstrate value, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen strategic partnerships.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and account activities within CRM systems.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to provide consultative guidance to customers.
• Represent iSolution at industry events, customer meetings, and executive engagements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Business Development within the ICT, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Digital Transformation sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets with enterprise and government customers.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, cybersecurity solutions, infrastructure services, data platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements.

Essential Skills

• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop strategic account growth plans.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
• Saudi market experience and an established network within enterprise and public-sector organizations are highly desirable.
