The Role of Senior Analyst, BCG Vantage Implementation (Transformation)

BCG is seeking a Senior Analyst, BCG Vantage Implementation (Transformation) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on long-term implementation and transformation initiatives, assisting clients in translating strategic ideas into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. The Senior Analyst will work directly with clients, BCG Project Leaders, Associates, and Consultants, contributing expertise and capabilities to both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst will leverage individual expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets to deliver value to clients. Key responsibilities include:

Driving key modules within implementation projects and transformation programs.
Executing programs and realizing value by translating strategy recommendations into action, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
Applying analytical structured thinking and problem-solving, utilizing business transformation principles in practical scenarios.
Supporting the activation of organizational design strategies and target operating models, including processes, governance, roles, and performance management mechanisms.
Managing disciplined execution of program/project components, such as initiative prioritization, business case development, roadmap, and value realization tracking.
Conducting analysis to identify opportunities for process streamlining and performance improvement, grounded in business and financial impact.
Communicating effectively with case teams and client team members in a credible and confident manner.
Ensuring high-quality execution of project components, maintaining a focus on practical efficiency and effectiveness.
Driving process enhancements and change execution, supporting change management efforts, embedding new ways of working, and enabling capability uplift through upskilling during implementation or transformation contexts.
Applying Generative AI tools and techniques (*, LLM workflows, agentic systems, retrieval-based solutions) to accelerate transformation and change management outcomes.
Contributing to the codification of knowhow and assets emerging from case and proposal work, and assisting in onboarding and training junior colleagues.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience in operations, implementation, or transformation-related fields is strongly preferred.
In lieu of consulting experience, a minimum of 2 years of industry experience is required, with 3-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
Proven experience in effectively translating strategy into action.
An advanced degree is preferred.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within diverse, global teams and requires travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments to understand client requirements and design/develop solutions.
