Role Summary

The Senior Business Development Specialist will be responsible for consistently closing significant sales deals and contributing directly to Mnzil's revenue as the company expands across Saudi Arabia. This position involves managing a portfolio of strategic accounts and leading complex sales processes from initial engagement through to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and close high-value sales deals with strategic accounts.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales negotiations.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance updates to leadership.
• Manage strategic accounts to foster long-term relationships and opportunities.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue.
