About the Role

Novartis ACC is seeking a Senior Business Manager/Account Manager Gene Therapies to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on the Neuroscience and Gene Therapies portfolio, driving commercial plans and market share growth. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Senior Business Manager/Account Manager will lead the development and execution of commercial plans to enhance sales performance and achieve long-term portfolio success. This involves collaborating with internal teams, external partners, key accounts, healthcare stakeholders, and patient-focused groups to deliver customer-centric solutions that support patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans for the Gene Therapies portfolio.
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and market share in alignment with business objectives.
• Translate market insights, customer needs, and business opportunities into commercial initiatives.
• Build relationships with key accounts, decision-makers, key opinion leaders, patient associations, and cross-functional partners.
• Manage brand budgets, external agencies, and promotional activities with accountability and compliance.
• Monitor business performance and the external environment, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Act as a brand champion, fostering focus, alignment, and enthusiasm among internal and external stakeholders.
