About the Role

Radian Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for providing expert civil and structural supervision across various large-scale infrastructure and roadwork projects.

Role Summary

The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing civil and structural aspects of infrastructure and roadworks construction. This involves reviewing contractor submittals, verifying on-site compliance with design specifications and applicable standards, and ensuring overall construction quality across complex work fronts within large-scale developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide civil and structural supervision for earthworks, roads, and drainage works.
• Review contractor shop drawings, material submittals, and design compliance documentation.
• Inspect and verify civil/structural works and roadworks on site to ensure adherence to standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, coordinating closely with the Design Manager as required.
• Support the Resident Engineer in the supervision and progress reporting of all civil works.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering roles, with a focus on infrastructure and roadworks.
• Proven experience in civil and structural supervision for large-scale developments.
• Demonstrated ability to review technical submittals and ensure compliance with design and industry standards.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

• Experience with structural works related to bridges, culverts, or road interchanges.
• Familiarity with coordinating civil works in proximity to utility corridors (wet and dry).
