Role Purpose and Contribution

This role is central to supporting the administration and analysis of compensation, benefits, allowances, and job grades within the organization. The Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist contributes to maintaining internal equity, enhancing market competitiveness, and ensuring the accurate implementation of approved compensation policies. The position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of handling sensitive data and coordinating with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
• Review allowance and benefit requests to ensure alignment with approved policies and job grades.
• Analyze salary, benefits, and employment cost data, and prepare relevant reports.
• Support the preparation and updating of allowance and benefits structures.
• Review job-grade data and ensure appropriate alignment with approved compensation and benefits frameworks.
• Coordinate with employee affairs and payroll teams to ensure accurate implementation of compensation-related decisions.
• Follow up on benefit and allowance adjustment requests and provide informed recommendations.
• Prepare periodic reports on compensation, benefits, costs, and identified variances.
• Support compensation and benefits benchmarking activities and related analysis.
• Maintain accurate and confidential compensation and benefits records.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits administration.
• Demonstrated ability to work with detailed data and ensure accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing salary, benefits, and employment cost data.
• Proficiency in preparing comprehensive reports.
