About TK Elevator and the Role

TK Elevator is seeking a Sr. HR Specialist Compensation & Benefits to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to supporting the administration of the company's compensation, benefits, and HR reporting processes, ensuring alignment with both company policies and Saudi labor regulations.

Role Purpose and Scope

The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented and analytical professional responsible for supporting critical HR functions. This includes salary benchmarking, compensation reviews, benefits administration, and comprehensive HR data management. The role requires a strong focus on data integrity and compliance within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support salary benchmarking through the use of market surveys and external compensation data.
  • Prepare detailed compensation analyses for various employee movements, including hiring, promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments.
  • Assist in the execution of annual salary reviews, merit increases, bonus cycles, and other compensation programs.
  • Support job evaluation, grading, and initiatives related to organizational structure.
  • Coordinate the administration of employee benefits, such as medical insurance and leave programs.
  • Liaise effectively with insurance providers and external vendors concerning benefits administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee and compensation data within the HRIS, ensuring data integrity at all times.
  • Prepare comprehensive HR, compensation, headcount, and workforce cost reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze HR and compensation data to provide insights for workforce planning and business decisions.
  • Conduct periodic data audits to ensure full compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for improving HR reporting, compensation processes, and system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other business stakeholders on compensation, reporting, and broader HR initiatives.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a related HR field. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in managing and analyzing HR and compensation data.

Compliance and Data Management Focus

A critical aspect of this position involves ensuring strict adherence to both internal company policies and external Saudi labor regulations. The specialist will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of HR data, conducting regular audits, and identifying areas for process improvement within HR reporting and compensation systems.
