About the Role

Saudi Arabian Trading and Construction Company (SATCO) is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is a critical leadership role, providing senior-level oversight and coordination across multiple work fronts within our construction projects. The Senior Construction Manager will drive excellence in construction management, ensuring projects adhere to established quality and efficiency standards. This role involves making strategic decisions that impact project outcomes and overall organizational success.

Leadership and Team Development

The Senior Construction Manager will lead a diverse team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that supports innovation and continuous improvement. This role requires instrumental expertise in coordinating between various departments, including engineering, procurement, and safety, to ensure seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level construction oversight and coordination across multiple work fronts, ensuring compliance with established policies, safety regulations, and quality standards using advanced project management tools.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and schedules, collaborating with stakeholders to align objectives and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Manage and monitor project budgets, conducting regular financial analyses to forecast costs, identify savings opportunities, and maintain transparency with stakeholders.
• Conduct routine site inspections and progress meetings, addressing challenges and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to achieve project goals.
• Mentor and develop junior construction staff, providing guidance and support to nurture their skills and advance their careers.
• Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers, overseeing contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Implement rigorous quality control measures throughout the construction process, ensuring all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports to senior management, detailing progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
• 5-10 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
