MRSOOL Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst - Credit to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience. The company operates as a leading fintech platform in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region, aiming to provide simple, trusted, and accessible financial solutions. With over 25 million customers and 130,000 partner merchants, MRSOOL Inc. is Saudi Arabia’s first fintech unicorn, supported by Sanabil Investments (a wholly owned company of the Public Investment Fund - PIF) and SNB Capital.

Role Overview

The Senior Data Analyst will contribute to the Credit department, focusing on developing analytical solutions and supporting data-driven decision-making. This position involves managing stakeholders across various functions within a high-growth startup environment, with an emphasis on developing key product success metrics and enhancing decision-making through data.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business impact by providing actionable insights and identifying opportunities for growth.
Build dashboards that deliver accurate and actionable insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with the data engineering team to address data enrichment needs for the product team.
Work with stakeholders across the business to prioritize projects based on impact and ensure timely delivery.
Develop processes to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to empower informed decision-making.
Ensure governance and promote analytical practices throughout the data analysis process.

Qualifications and Experience

5-10 years of experience in data analysis.
Demonstrated understanding of a domain of interest such as Finance, Risk, or Product.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based at the company's headquarters in Riyadh, with additional regional and global support offices. The role operates within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment focused on leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
