Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Director - Head of Leasing - Commercial Office to lead and develop leasing strategies for commercial office spaces. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and aims to achieve high occupancy rates, contributing to Qiddiya's establishment as a business and innovation destination.

Role Overview

The Senior Director of Commercial Office Leasing will lead a team, cultivate tenant relations, and collaborate with stakeholders to foster a productive work environment. The role focuses on strategic leasing initiatives to support Qiddiya's objectives within the commercial real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies for commercial office spaces, aligning with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.
• Lead and mentor the leasing team, promoting a culture of excellence and strong performance.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and feasibility studies to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the commercial real estate sector.
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential tenants, brokers, and industry partners to promote leasing opportunities.
• Negotiate lease agreements, focusing on terms that benefit both Qiddiya and tenants.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective promotional campaigns aimed at attracting tenants.
• Monitor leasing performance metrics, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to commercial leasing.
• Implement tenant engagement initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 12-15 years of experience in commercial leasing or property management, preferably within large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing leasing strategies that drive occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of commercial real estate markets and leasing regulations.
• Analytical thinking abilities with the capacity to interpret complex data for informed decision-making.
• Proficiency in leasing management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
