About the Role

Saudi Azm is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading IT projects through their entire lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation and planning through to implementation and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, data, and business stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
• Monitor project progress against approved plans, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed quality, security, compliance, and governance standards.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Manage communication with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and third-party technology partners.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, workshops, and progress reviews.
• Manage project documentation, including project charters, requirements, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and closure documents.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery methodologies, processes, and governance.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support procurement and vendor management activities related to IT projects.
• Ensure proper handover of completed projects to operational and support teams.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, depending on project requirements.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in IT project management. A strong understanding of various project management methodologies is required.
