About the Role

Wared Logistics is seeking a Senior Key Account Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on managing relationships with strategic customers to ensure service excellence, account retention, revenue growth, and profitability. The specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, aligning internal teams to meet commercial and operational expectations.

Role Purpose

The Senior Key Account Specialist is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling and service development. This involves proactive management of the customer experience and ensuring that Wared's services consistently meet client needs and contribute to account expansion.

Key Accountabilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for key customers, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue stability.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand evolving needs and align service delivery accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to proactively manage the end-to-end customer experience.
• Monitor account performance, including service SLAs, billing accuracy, delivery lead times, and complaint resolution.
• Drive account growth by identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on operational trends and client feedback.
• Lead or support the renewal of contracts, commercial proposals, and negotiation processes in collaboration with commercial management.
• Act as the first escalation point for major service issues and ensure structured follow-up and closure.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, pricing contract terms, and reporting KPIs.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the specialist will work within Wared Logistics to manage and grow key client relationships.
