Role Overview

This is a full-time leadership position as a Senior Manager Connectivity Development, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for providing governance, oversight, and advisory support across technology infrastructure, connectivity ecosystems, and operational readiness initiatives throughout Red Sea Global. This position ensures that connectivity, infrastructure, and operational initiatives align with organizational priorities, regulatory requirements, operational needs, and long-term technology objectives, promoting consistency, scalability, and sustainable growth across all destinations.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager Connectivity Development operates across multiple stakeholders, providing strategic guidance, facilitating collaboration, identifying risks and dependencies, and supporting leadership in driving informed decisions that strengthen Red Sea Global's technology ecosystem. Functional responsibilities include:

• Technology Infrastructure and Connectivity management.
• Connectivity Operations and Service Readiness oversight.
• Hospitality Technology Connectivity development.
• Service Providers and Telecom Operators & Ecosystem Management.
• Infrastructure Ecosystem Governance & Oversight.
• Cross-Destination Technology Standardization.
• Regulatory and Compliance Alignment.
• Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvements.

Managerial Duties

Managerial responsibilities for this role include:

• Contributing to the Division’s strategy and business plans from the Department’s perspective, aligned with RSG’s vision and mission.
• Developing the Department’s business plans, objectives, KPIs, and operational plans, ensuring successful implementation.
• Preparing and managing the Department’s annual budget, aligning resources with planned activities and monitoring financial performance.
• Overseeing development and adherence to Department policies and procedures; ensuring departmental KPIs are developed, cascaded, and monitored.
• Ensuring effective staffing, professional development, and deployment of Department staff in coordination with the Division Executive.
• Managing the Department’s relationship with internal and external customers to ensure needs are addressed efficiently.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience for this role.

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
