Role Summary

As a Senior Manager Development, you will lead major development initiatives from early planning through execution. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves contributing to landmark projects that require long-term vision, rigorous planning, and coordinated delivery across multiple stakeholders and disciplines. You will help shape decisions influencing project direction, delivery strategy, and overall development outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale development projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors through delivery milestones.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market assessments to support development decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and project governance.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in development and project management. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
