Introduction to the Role

Albawani is seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Quality Control Specialist to join its dedicated team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This critical full-time position is instrumental in upholding the integrity and quality of medical services by ensuring strict adherence to approved healthcare regulations, established medical quality standards, and internal operational policies. The specialist will be at the forefront of conducting thorough medical quality audits, proactively identifying areas of non-compliance, and driving the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions to continuously enhance overall medical service quality and patient safety across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

• Monitor the compliance of medical services with applicable healthcare regulations, policies, and internal medical standards.
• Conduct regular medical quality control audits and thorough reviews of medical documentation.
• Identify non-compliance, deviations, and quality gaps, ensuring clear and accurate documentation of all findings.
• Support the development and subsequent follow-up of corrective and preventive action plans.
• Monitor the effective implementation of corrective actions and verify the closure of identified findings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical quality control records and comprehensive audit documentation.
• Review medical quality reports to ensure their completeness, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory compliance.
• Support medical risk identification and assessment processes related to medical service delivery.
• Review medical incidents and quality-related cases to identify underlying root causes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support consistent compliance with medical quality requirements.
• Communicate medical quality standards and audit findings clearly and effectively to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in conducting medical quality audits and compliance reviews.
• Strong understanding of medical documentation, medical service processes, and patient safety standards.

Experience Level
