Role Overview

The Senior Officer Digital Performance will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the effectiveness of various digital initiatives. This role involves providing critical support for digital banking and innovation functions, managing budget reporting, and generating data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the overall performance of Digital Banking & Innovation (DBI) initiatives.
• Issue comprehensive monthly performance reports.
• Conduct detailed performance analysis for specific digital initiatives.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the monthly DBI dashboard.
• Generate analytical reports through the Digital Channels Analytics Engine, focusing on user behavior insights.
• Support the preparation and development of DBI reports as requested by SAMA.
• Assist with the DBI budget and issue monthly spend reports.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role are required to have 5 to 10 years of professional experience in digital performance analysis, reporting, or a closely related field. Experience within the banking, financial services, or fintech sector is preferred.
