Senior Operative Store Swarovski

About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Senior Operative Store Swarovski to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves carrying out essential warehouse operations, including shipment receiving, checking, order preparation, and dispatching. The role requires a commitment to operational excellence and adherence to established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform goods receiving functions, including offloading, checking, and put-away of all incoming consignments.
• Execute order preparation tasks such as picking and packing customer orders according to requirements.
• Ensure accurate checking, dispatch, and loading of vehicles against dispatch documentation.
• Carry out value-added services such as scanning, cello wrapping, heat shrinking, and labelling as needed.
• Maintain accurate stock replenishment and assist in stock counts, verifications, and other projects.
• Ensure careful and correct handling of all stock items.
• Strictly follow standard processes, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure machinery, equipment, consumables, and other resources are used efficiently and maintained well.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner within warehouses, tool rooms, and supply areas.
• Report any defects or damage to stock to Supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service and maintain a customer-focused approach.
• Foster a cooperative work environment.
• Ensure the department maintains high standards of health, safety, and environmental performance in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Report all incidents, regardless of nature or cause, to the immediate superior, completing all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
• Avoid intentionally or recklessly interfering with or misusing any equipment provided for health, safety, or welfare.
• Report damage to equipment fixtures and fittings, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) defects, and accidents at work.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations or a related field is advantageous but not strictly required. On-the-job training will be provided.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) are a plus. Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks are essential.
• Knowledge: An understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping/receiving processes is beneficial.
