Abu Nayef Honey, a Saudi brand established in 1993, is expanding its E-commerce operations. The company is seeking a Senior Performance Media Buyer to support its growth initiatives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position.

The Role of Senior Performance Media Buyer

The Senior Performance Media Buyer will be responsible for scaling revenue while maintaining strong ROAS and profitability for the E-commerce business. This role involves managing significant advertising budgets and leading media buying strategies across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid media efforts across major advertising platforms.
• Manage monthly advertising budgets exceeding multi-million SAR.
• Achieve targets for Revenue, ROAS, MER, CPA, and CAC.
• Scale successful campaigns aggressively and profitably.
• Allocate budgets based on performance data and growth opportunities.
• Lead continuous testing across creatives, offers, angles, audiences, and landing pages.
• Provide guidance to creative and E-commerce teams based on performance insights.
• Manage large seasonal campaigns and high-volume sales periods effectively.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience personally managing and scaling SAR 5M+ in monthly advertising spend.
• Proven experience within the Saudi E-commerce market.
• Strong track record of scaling revenue while maintaining profitability.
• Advanced experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads platforms.
• Deep understanding of key performance metrics including ROAS, MER, CPA, CAC, CVR, AOV, and LTV.
• Strong experience with Salla, GA4, GTM, CAPI, tracking, and attribution systems.
