KBR is currently engaged in a significant mixed-use development project in Riyadh.

The Senior Planning Manager Role

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Planning Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role reports directly to the Project Controls Manager and is central to the planning, scheduling, and coordination of a major infrastructure programme. The Senior Planning Manager will lead planning efforts for a significant mixed-use development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of planners.
• Prepare and maintain the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and integrated project master schedule.
• Coordinate with Package Managers, Consultants, and Contractors.
• Analyze and report on Consultants' and Contractors' schedules and progress reports.
• Perform critical path analysis of schedules.
• Prepare independent risk analyses of Consultant and Contractor schedules.
• Prepare monthly and weekly reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for major projects.
• Professional memberships and charterships are required.
• Sound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects pertinent to major civil and infrastructure projects.

• Ability to effectively monitor and analyze progress, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Excellent report writing skills.
