About the Role

Zid is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves taking ownership of complex product areas, understanding customer and business problems, and developing scalable solutions. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and business teams to define problems, prioritize opportunities, and deliver products that create measurable value for merchants.

Key Responsibilities

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a product area within Zid’s ecosystem.
Drive product strategy, roadmap, and continuous product improvement.
Manage customer and merchant experiences across key journeys.
Lead product discovery, problem validation, and opportunity identification.
Define and evolve product vision and strategy based on customer needs, business priorities, product insights, and data.
Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities, balancing short-term needs with long-term scalability.
Translate company objectives into clear product initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Build understanding of merchants, customers, and internal users through research, data, feedback, and direct interactions.
Transform customer pain points and ambiguous problems into clearly defined product opportunities and hypotheses.
Partner with Design and Engineering to explore, validate, and refine solutions throughout development.
Lead product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and scoping through delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration.
Define clear product requirements, user journeys, business rules, and success metrics.
Work with Engineering and Design to make effective scope and product trade-offs.
Continuously improve products based on performance, customer feedback, and evolving business needs.
Own product performance, analytics, experimentation, and measurement.
Define and track product KPIs, funnels, and success metrics across activation, adoption, engagement, retention, and conversion.
Utilize SQL, analytics tools, dashboards, and experimentation to validate assumptions and guide product decisions.
Ensure appropriate product instrumentation and event tracking are in place to measure performance and identify opportunities.
Own platform capabilities, integrations, APIs, and internal tools where relevant.
Lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple products and business teams.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Commercial, Operations, Finance, CX, and other relevant teams.
Align stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, dependencies, timelines, and expected outcomes.
Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and results clearly across different levels of the organization.
Bring structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous product problems, driving teams toward outcomes.
Contribute to improving product practices and ways of working across Zid.
Support and mentor other Product Managers as needed.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in product management. The role requires a strong ability to understand customer and business problems and translate them into effective product solutions.
