About the Opportunity

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Project Manager Airports to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the delivery of significant and complex projects within the airport program, ensuring successful outcomes in a 24/7 operational environment.

Role Purpose

The Senior Project Manager - Airports is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of one or more significant or complex projects within the airport program. This includes owning the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk. The role provides senior delivery leadership to high-profile or high-risk workstreams, coordinating multi-disciplinary and vendor resources to deliver outcomes safely into an operational setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver complex projects, defining scope, schedule, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans.
• Manage project execution across design, build, test, transition, and go-live phases.
• Track progress against plan and budget, managing critical path and dependencies.
• Own project RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and change control, driving mitigations to closure.
• Assure quality, safety, security, and compliance throughout project delivery.
• Support readiness and transition activities, including ORAT (Operational Readiness Airport Transfer), trials, and cutover for go-live.
• Manage project budget, forecasting, cost tracking, and supplier relationships.
• Produce clear status reporting for the PMO, leadership, and clients.
• Lead and motivate the project team, building strong stakeholder relationships.
