About the Senior Project Manager Airports Role

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Project Manager Airports to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to the delivery of significant or complex projects within our airport program. The successful candidate will be accountable for the entire project lifecycle, encompassing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management from initiation to completion.

Role Overview

This position provides senior delivery leadership for high-profile or high-risk workstreams. It involves coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and vendor resources to ensure project outcomes are delivered safely and effectively into a 24/7 operational environment. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of project management principles and their application within complex airport settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver complex projects, defining scope, schedule, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans.
• Manage project execution across all phases, including design, build, test, transition, and go-live.
• Track project progress against established plans and budgets, actively managing critical paths and dependencies.
• Own project RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and change control processes, driving mitigations to closure.
• Assure quality, safety, security, and compliance standards throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
• Support readiness and transition activities, including Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT), trials, and cutover for go-live.
• Manage project budgets, including forecasting, cost tracking, and supplier management.
• Produce clear and concise status reporting for the Project Management Office (PMO), leadership, and clients.
• Lead and motivate the project team, fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders.
