The Role of Senior Project Manager

Horizontal Digital is seeking a Saudi National Senior Project Manager to lead full lifecycle digital transformation projects. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, involves managing projects from inception through implementation, utilizing agile methodologies. The Senior Project Manager will ensure projects remain on track, within budget, and meet quality standards while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide agile project management oversight for multiple projects.
• Define project objectives, scope, estimates, timelines, and levels of effort.
• Develop project strategies and plans, identifying necessary methods and tools.
• Monitor project progress and budget against plans, resolving client issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer technical advice and problem resolution.
• Manage scope by coordinating and responding to change requests from original specifications.
• Ensure quality through planning, execution, quality assurance, and quality control techniques.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to maximize results and minimize consequences.
• Work with end users, business technologists, and stakeholders to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs.
• Develop system requirements and design specifications, directing efforts to refine conceptual designs into technical designs.
• Provide solutions, leadership, and motivation to project team members.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor others.
• Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and follow-through.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in preparing and delivering presentations to all key stakeholders.
