About the Role

Ninja 🥷🏽 is seeking a Senior Real Estate Negotiator to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing property sales and leasing activities, negotiating deals, and building strong relationships with clients and property owners. The position is central to maximizing revenue, identifying new business opportunities, closing transactions, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage property sales, leasing, and rental negotiations.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, tenants, and investors.
Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve successful deals.
Monitor real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Prepare offers, proposals, and required transaction documentation.
Follow up on leads, client inquiries, and ongoing negotiations.
Achieve sales and leasing targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain accurate client records, property listings, and CRM updates.
Ensure compliance with applicable real estate regulations and company policies.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market activities, and closed transactions.
Support and guide junior negotiators and recommend improvements to sales strategies.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant real estate negotiation role.
