Senior SAP SD Functional Consultant

About the Role

Alfanar Projects is seeking a Senior SAP SD Functional Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves assisting the project team in configuring business processes within assigned SAP ERP modules, ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and adherence to quality standards. The consultant will contribute to departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on SAP best practices for implementing respective SAP module business processes.
• Lead workshops to gather business requirements, promote the adoption of standard SAP processes, and identify and manage gaps while minimizing development effort.
• Design, configure, test, and implement assigned SAP module business processes, ensuring adherence to SAP standards and minimizing customization.
• Define and execute unit, integration, and regression test scripts to validate end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues.
• Contribute to managing SAP projects within defined time, quality, and cost constraints to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
• Document all aspects of the assigned SAP module implementation, including business blueprint design, application configuration, functional specifications, and test plans.
• Support existing productive implementations of assigned SAP modules and resolve incidents based on pre-defined SLAs.
• Ensure all change requests follow the established Request for Change processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
