About OmniOps and the Senior Solution Engineer Position

OmniOps is a Riyadh-based technology solutions provider that serves organizations across Saudi Arabia and beyond, with additional offices in Jordan, Egypt, and Morocco. The company specializes in enabling businesses to confidently migrate and scale their AI technology infrastructure, fostering a high level of digital maturity. OmniOps is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to join its team in Riyadh for a full-time role, requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview and Strategic Impact

The Senior Solution Engineer will function as a trusted technical advisor, collaborating with customers to design innovative AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. This role involves working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to lead technical engagements, define solution strategies, and position OmniOps as a strategic partner in AI transformation. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with effective customer-facing, consulting, and presentation skills.

Core Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Business teams to understand customer objectives, business challenges, and technical requirements throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and architecture discussions to identify customer needs and define solution success criteria.
• Design scalable, secure, and cloud-native AI solution architectures tailored to customer environments.
• Translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions leveraging various advanced technologies.
• Deliver executive presentations, technical demonstrations, architecture reviews, and Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements.
• Prepare and lead technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, solution architectures, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer requirements and product capabilities.
• Lead customer workshops focused on AI strategy, enterprise architecture, data governance, intelligent automation, and digital transformation.
• Ensure a seamless transition from presales to delivery by validating solution architecture, implementation approach, technical scope, assumptions, and risks.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant technical role.
• Demonstrated strong technical expertise in solution engineering.
• Excellent customer-facing, consulting, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience in designing enterprise AI, cloud, and data solutions.

Technical Solution Areas

Professional Growth and Contribution

The Senior Solution Engineer will stay current with emerging AI technologies, cloud platforms, and industry trends to continuously enhance OmniOps' solution portfolio. This position also involves mentoring junior Solution Engineers and technical team members through coaching, technical reviews, and knowledge sharing. Furthermore, the role includes representing OmniOps during executive customer meetings, partner engagements, conferences, and technical events, as well as contributing to presales methodologies, reusable solution assets, best practices, and technical playbooks.
