NMR Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled
Procurement Engineer to support our real estate and construction projects. In this role, you will manage procurement activities, ensuring optimal sourcing of materials and suppliers while negotiating contracts to ensure timely delivery for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction and real estate projects.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices.
- Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, projects, and finance teams to meet material specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Track and manage material deliveries to ensure timely project execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience as a Procurement Engineer, preferably in construction or real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of materials, suppliers, and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
