Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Specialist - Accounts Payable to join its finance department. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and is crucial for maintaining efficient accounts payable operations to support the company’s financial health.

Role Purpose

The Senior Specialist will lead accounts payable processes, ensuring all invoices and payments are processed accurately and timely. This position requires fostering strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. The role involves overseeing accounts payable activities, auditing processes, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements, thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments within the accounts payable function.
• Review and approve vendor invoices, verifying compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Manage communications with vendors and internal departments to effectively resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate vendor information and records within the accounting system.
• Conduct regular audits of accounts payable transactions to ensure adherence to internal controls.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities specifically related to accounts payable.
• Prepare reports and analyze accounts payable data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
• Stay informed on best practices and regulatory requirements relevant to accounts payable management.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing accounts payable processes and ensuring compliance.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve payment issues.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within Qiddiya's finance department, located in Riyadh.
