About the Senior Specialist, Operations Role

Red Sea Global, a developer of regenerative tourism destinations, is seeking a Senior Specialist - Operations to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to supporting the operational activities of Red Sea Sports & Entertainment (RSSE), a subsidiary dedicated to delivering diverse land and marine experiences.

Red Sea Sports & Entertainment Overview

Red Sea Sports & Entertainment (RSSE) is responsible for managing and operating a range of sports and recreational activities at The Red Sea destination. This includes water sports under Galaxea, adventure sports through Akun, and general recreation with WAMA. RSSE plays a central role in the partnership between Red Sea Global and the Saudi Olympic & Paralympic Committee, working towards creating more inclusive and accessible sports and recreation experiences. The organization is committed to people and planet, with programs aligned with Vision 2030 and regenerative tourism principles.

Role Purpose

The Senior Specialist - Operations supports the planning, coordination, and execution of daily operational tasks and special projects across the Asset. This role is crucial for ensuring operational readiness, adherence to standard operating procedures, and the continuous enhancement of guest services and attraction efficiency within RSSE's diverse offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans and procedures.
• Monitor attraction performance and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure departmental compliance with established safety, quality, and guest service standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities among guest services, attractions, and support units.
• Support data collection, reporting, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis for operations.
• Participate in the planning and execution of seasonal and special events.
• Provide technical input for staff scheduling and capacity planning.
• Support the onboarding and training processes for new operations staff members.
• Assist in managing communication channels between field teams and leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• At least 1–3 years of this experience should be in operational or project coordination roles.
• Demonstrated experience within the hospitality, tourism, or attractions industry is required.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The successful candidate will contribute to the operational success of Red Sea Sports & Entertainment within Red Sea Global.
